For the many lovers of the annual Millicent Show, it is now only a few weeks to the next event to be staged on November 5-7.

The Millicent Show has been the number one event on the Millicent social calendar for over 140 years.

It will be staged by the Millicent Agricultural and Horticultural Society at the Gordon Memorial Oval on Adelaide Road.

Until well after the post-war years, the Millicent Showgrounds were located on Mount Gambier Road on the current site of the Millicent and District Hospital.
