Last week 32 bowlers battled in fine but blustery conditions in Millicent’s 2-4-2 event.
Before going out, Millicent Bowls Club president Peter Hyland reminded players of some up and coming events including Mixed Pairs on Monday, March 14 and Veterans Singles at the end of the month.
The winning pair for the day was Peter Scanlon and Ross Warren with a score of 33+15.
Coming in a very close second were Peter Dunnicliff and Bill Burdon finishing the game after they compiled 33+13.
Other winning teams were, Terry Lonergan, David Reichelt 33+11.
Chris Earl, Andre Reinders 32+3.
Denis Clifford, Peter Bateman 31+6.
Ros Varcoe, Rob Chambers 30+5.
