It was a one-sided affair, with West Gambier showing great control and skill throughout the game, not allowing the Demons to get a look in.
The Roos started strongly and took control early, while South Gambier looked for outlets to relieve the pressure.
West Gambier controlled the midfield and was relentless in attack, putting South Gambier on the back foot.
At the end of the first quarter, West Gambier had a commanding lead with the score 33 points to 14.
The second quarter was a similar story, with the Roos extending their lead.
South Gambier was unable to stop the onslaught and West Gambier continued to pile on the pressure in the second term.
South Gambier struggled to break through the strong defensive line of West Gambier and the Demons’ forwards were unable to get into the game.
West Gambier led by 58 points at the half-time break, with a score of 72 to 14.
In the third quarter, South Gambier managed to score only a single point as West Gambier’s midfield remained dominant.
West Gambier continued to dominate, with Andrew Stone and Tre Davis leading the charge and Callum Wagstaffe and Braiden Ousey scoring two goals each.

Millicent v Casterton Sandford Millicent dominated Casterton Sandford in round four as the Saints cruised to a 74 point victory away from home.
It was a commanding performance by Millicent, showcasing the Saints’ strength to the rest of the competition to hand Casterton Sandford its first loss since round one.
Sam Willis and Jacob Carger were impressive in the forward line yet again, both contributing three goals by the end of the day.
Casterton Sandford struggled to match Millicent’s intensity early and found it difficult to break through the Saints’ strong defence.
At the end of the first quarter, Millicent held a strong early lead of 14 points with the scoreline 21 to 7.
In the second quarter Millicent extended the lead further, with Willis and Carger continuing to dominate in the forward line.
