Last Sunday the Limestone Coast Regional Sporting Academy tennis team travelled to Warrnambool to play in the inaugural Cross Border Challenge.
Nine players represented the LCRSA at the Warrnambool Indoor Tennis Centre and took out a tight win 16 sets, 168 games to 12 sets, 140 games.
The strength of the girls team of brought home the win.
Tegan Lythgo, Maggie Collins and Chloe Peacock were unstoppable and did not drop a set throughout the day.
The SWAS tennis academy hosted the day and will be welcomed to the Limestone Coast for next year’s Cross Border Challenge.
