Aged care transport boost

Millicent’s Sheoak Lodge aged care facility has taken delivery of a new 12-seat mini-bus.

Millicent Hospital executive officer and director of nursing Michelle de Wit said the facility had been borrowing a mini-bus from a Mount Gambier vehicle dealership for outings.

Ms De Wit said the new mini-bus had provided Sheoak Lodge with flexibility for outings and could transport residents with disabilities.
