Blue skies get women on course

Eleven ladies turned out in perfect weather conditions for a stableford event at the Millicent golf course.


A Grade: Lana Barlow scored 41 points to win the A grade, with Debbie Tincknell runner up on 38.


Annie Maclennan’s 36 was good enough to win the B grade, with Janet Watson scoring 34 to finish runner up.


Lan Barlow also won the nine hole competition on the front nine with 20 points.


Ball winners were Val Williams and Karen Lock.


Nearest the pins went to Lana Barlow, Annie Mclennan and Sharne Peacock.
