Additional features have recently been added to a bushland path at Southend.
New seats, a contemplative area and new plantings are now in place.
The additional signage includes a guide to birds commonly seen at Southend.
The improvements were undertaken by the Southend Progress Association with the backing of the Stand Like Stone Foundation and Wattle Range Council.
A celebratory afternoon tea was held on February 26 to mark the completion of the additional features.
