Naracoorte Lucindale Council is seeking community feedback on its current communication and engagement methods and the feedback received will help guide the way Council communicates with its community.

Council’s Engagement and Community manager Jayne Miller encouraged people to have their say and complete the survey. “It is important that we hear from the community about their preferences, so we can ensure our communication is both timely and appropriate,” Mrs Miller said.

“We want to meet the needs of the community through our engagement as well, which goes hand in hand with communication methods and how we work with our community in the future”.

Council staff will be undertaking some face to face discussions in the community as well as offering an online platform for people to complete the survey from a personal computer or device. Hard copies are also available from the council office.

The feedback received from the community will assist in developing the new Communication and Engagement Framework 2021-2026.
