Charges of possessing child exploitation material laid against a Millicent man will not proceed.
The matter dates back to 2020 when the man was arrested, charged and bailed.
It was listed for hearing in this month’s sitting of the District Court circuit in Mount Gambier.
However, the prosecutors told Judge Raul Sulio they would be entering a “nolle prosequi”.
The man was not obliged to be in court and he was represented by his barrister Nick Healy.
