Two former Mount Gambier cricketers had a good day out on the weekend, when they took to the field against each other in Adelaide.

Teenagers Connor Prior (right) and Hamish Case (left) have taken the next step from the Mount Gambier and District Cricket Association and are now playing in the Adelaide competition.

The duo faced off on Saturday competing in the West End One Day Cup.

Prior took the field for Prospect while Case played for Tea Tree Gully in the A Grade.

Prior top scored for Prospect with 32, while Case also top scored with 43 not out, took two wickets and held onto two catches.

Tea Tree Gully managed to snatch the win on the day.
