Last week’s round of 2-4-2 bowls at Millicent was headlined by the man in charge.
The winning team with a score of 33+12 was the team led by club president Peter Hyland.
Hyland and Jan Buhlmann enjoyed the prize pool of $42 after leading the 42-player field which played over 20 ends in somewhat chilly conditions.
Coming a very close second, only being pipped by one shot, was a triple of David Botting, Bill O’Connor and Andre Reinders.
