AUSTRALIAN communities are known for their generosity and compassion and no matter what they are going through they will always come together to support the Royal Children’s Hospital Appeal.
Edgarley chief executive, Sue Wray said the assisted living centre will be doing its part to bring a little cheer to our community with a weeks’ worth of activities, for a gold coin donation to participate in the festivities.
Starting from Monday 14th – Friday 18th (Good Friday) – staff dress up anything goes every day.
Tuesday 15th from 1.30pm – 3pm – Rabbit Hunt in the Alma Vickery Room
Thursday 17th – Pie in the face (special surprise as to who the lucky volunteer will be to receive the pie in the face) from 1.30pm – 3pm, in the Alma Vickery Room
Friday 18th – from 10.30am – – 12pm Easter Egg hunt in the Roly Cooper Playground
There is an Easter raffle starting this week – tickets at reception – and there will be Guess the Number of Eggs in the jar.
All money raised over the week will go to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
