Everything about to come up roses for lucky Millicent green thumb

Dozens of roses are expected to be in the running for a $500 prize for the Most Outstanding Rose in next month’s Millicent Show.

It is the 12th consecutive year that McCourt’s Garden Centre, of Millicent, has made a $500 voucher vavailable.

Proprietor Christine Agnew and her business are strong supporters of the Millicent Show.

The reigning titleholders from the last show

in 2019 are Millicent couple Dawn and Brian Atkinson.

Other past prize winners are Boneham Aged Care Services.

Meanwhile, all is go for the 144th show which begins on November 5.

The show office is now open every week day while the 52-page show book has just been published.
