The Ford Ranger Tremor is sending shockwaves across the nation with the trusted 4×4 platform given a shake-up with a number of offroad focused additions.
Ford is now taking it’s 2.0-litre bi-turbo double cab utility to the next level and allowing owners to tackle the great outdoors straight off the showroom floor.
The 150kW engine with 500Nm of torque provides plenty of pulling power on demand and puts power to the ground through a full-time four wheel drive system and 10-speed automatic transmission, while the good-looking exterior styling also remains with a few model specific alterations.
The eye-catching aesthetic of the Ranger is enhanced with an extended sports bar adding a touch of ‘rugged elegance’ while also providing extra mounting points in a sleek finish, and looks fantastic when paired against the colour options available across the Tremor range.

The Ford Ranger Tremor has a tougher stance over its siblings, with the addition of General Grabber All-Terrain AT3 tyres fitted to Asphalt Black machine faced 17-inch wheels, giving the utility a wider overall stance for extra stability to crawl through tricky situations.
The wheel and tyre package is also further enhanced through black wheel arch moldings and cast alloy side steps, which will come in extremely handy to accommodate for the increased suspension lift.
The Tremor’s unique off-road suspension features position sensitive Bilstein Dampers with external reservoirs and new springs that deliver an additional 26mm of ground clearance in conjunction with the larger tyres.
Helping make full advantage of the off-road hop-ups are a number off terrain modes and driver assistance features, including rock crawl, trail control and trail assist to optimise the full-time four wheel drive performance.
All the creature comforts of the Ranger also remain including a 10.1-inch LCD portrait touchscreen, embedded modem, wireless charging and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, built in Satellite Navigation and Ford’s SYNC4A system, while a ‘coast-to-coast’ instrument panel with a host of storage also features an 8-inch colour digital instrument cluster for a premium touch to displaying your vehicle vitals and essential information, while dual-zone climate control and rear air vents also increase comfort levels.
All this is polished off in a neat Signature Tremor interior finish, with comfortable vinyl seats stamped with the Tremor branding, adding an extra layer of comfort and style for each adventure.
