The successful applicants will possess the following:
– 12 months experience in harvesting.
– Demonstrate excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
– Self-motivation with good attention to detail.
– Be reliable, and honest, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work within a team as well as individually.
– Good communication skills and paperwork skills.
