There are now four vacant positions on the Millicent and District Health Advisory Council.
The three-year term of Milicent resident Jeniene Davis expired at its recent annual general meeting and she did not seek re-election.
The term of office of fellow Millicent resident Graeme Richardson also ended at the yearly forum and he was re-elected unopposed.
There were no other nominations for the two remaining community representative vacancies.
There has not been a medical representative on the HAC since its inception 13 years ago.
Member for MacKillop Nick McBride is entitled to nominate a representative to the HAC but has never done so.
Millicent resident Ron Wood serves on both the HAC and the Millicent and Surrounds Health Support Group and he said this situation has been brought to the attention of Mr McBride.
The staff representative on the HAC is registered nurse Alice Brennan and the Wattle Range Council representative is Councillor Kevin McGrath.
