CHARLOTTE RICE – SWDFNL – Dartmoor Netball


OUR youngest Giants had a tough game the first time we came up against Cavendish, but how far they have come, Saturday’s match ending in a draw for the 11 & Unders!

From the very first whistle, all the kids across the court drove to the ball, had hands over every ball, watched their feet and contested nearly every ball.

It was so good to see what we had done at training for the past couple of weeks come out on display Saturday.

All of the kids have come such a long way since round one and it’s amazing to see!!

C Grade


THIS week the C Grade team took on Cavendish in some pretty icy weather.

Both teams made some pretty strong efforts, but in the end Cavendish put up a stronger fight and came away with the win.

Everyone played a great game and were put in positions they would not usually play in and nailed wherever they were playing.

The girls never stopped pushing and should be proud of how they held themselves and encouraged each other the whole game.

We will continue to improve our skills and relationships as a team and hopefully get the win next time around.
