In windy conditions the Hatherleigh team was the first to turn over Kalangadoo centre pass.

This got the fire into the Kalangadoo girls and from then on they stepped up and put more pressure on the Eagles.

At the first break there was only three goals in it, with Liv Faulkner shooting with accuracy, being fed well by Alirah Bowman and Hazel Hamilton.

Great passing down court from Harper Griffiths, Matilda Peacock and Zara Cole in the Kalangadoo attacking line up fed extremely well into the goal circle.

Ebony Reeves stood out in shooting at GS and Hatherleigh’s Leyla Marshall and Kaia Green tried their best to shut down the direct line into her.

Peacock had full speed on in GA and defended very well with a lot of pressure, creating plenty of turnovers and nice cuts and drives into the goal circle.
