Input into planning the centenary celebrations of the Rendelsham Community Hall has been invited.
An open forum will be held at this venue at 2pm on Sunday and it has been arranged by the Rendelsham Sports and Progress Association.
The hundredth anniversary of the opening of the hall occurs in May of next year and the association is keen to gather photographs and other items of history.
The honour of opening the hall was given to then local MP Peter Reidy and it was witnessed by a gathering of up to 400.
Construction of the hall had begun in 1923 using limestone railed to the nearby Rendelsham railway station.
Over the course of the next 99 years, several additions to the hall have been made including an entrance foyer, supper room, kitchen and interior toilets.
The stone building has a stage as well as honour boards outlining the service personnel from Rendelsham who served in World War I and World War II.
It is owned by Wattle Range Council and overseen by an active committee which has community and council representatives.
The hall no longer hosts old style dances but it is still used for concerts, parties, funeral and as a polling booth.
