Millicent ‘turns it on’ for Night Owls contest

Millicent turned it on for its Night Owls bowling competition last week, with some barefoot bowlers playing on the greens in perfect weather.

Touches were registered by Margie Gysberts (Gizzies Crew) 4, Ray Doecke (Maccas) 3, Jamie Veering (Grand Hotel) 3, Graham Arney (Lion Cubs) 3, Paul Bosco (Try Hards) 4, and Ian Grosser (Somery Seniors) 3.

Winners last week were Red Division: Somerset Legends (Deb Butler, Wilbur Lane, John Silis, David Sharp) defeating Awesome Foursome 20+15.

Other winners were Rovers 19+18, Mossies 18+11, Grand Hotel 17+11, Jack Attack 15+2.
