Millicent winners are grinners

Asmall contingent of women braved windy and cool weather to take to the Millicent Golf Course last week. 

Twelve competitors played a four ball better ball stableford event, which was a draw for partners. 

Annie Maclennan and Heather Anderson were too good on the day, winning on countback with 41 points. 

Anderson also scored a hole in one on the 13th, winning 10 balls in the eagle’s nest. 

Runners up were Kirsty Bailey and Debbie Tincknell with 41. 

Nearest the pins went to Anderson, Lana Barlow and Janet Watson.
