Jess had to demonstrate exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and understanding of consumer law, while contributing to their business’ success.


In presenting the award, judges said Jess drew on her diverse professional background, putting her qualifications in graphic design and social media marketing to good use as a television commercial producer and a marketing manager.
