Mount Gambier man stabbed in Adelaide

A Mount Gambier man was hospitalised following a weekend stabbing in Adelaide.

Just after 6.30pm on Saturday, police were called to a Patricia Avenue home at Camden Park after reports of a domestic incident.

When emergency services arrived, they found a 49-year-old Mount Gambier man with a stab wound to his back.

He was transported by the SA Ambulance Service to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect, who is known to the victim, had left the scene before police arrival. The police investigation is ongoing.
