Abland brick wall of a Millicent’s mechanics workshop was transformed over the weekend by three professional Adelaide street artists.
Brian Lacsina (known as Mosha), Ryan Schlink (Eekarm) and Shanyun Fan (Moshe) are experts at creating stand-out murals with graffiti.
To coincide with the annual Geltwood Festival, the trio mostly used spray paint cans to enliven the wall which adjoins a private lane running off Davenport Street.
They painted their names on the rear boundary of the former bank and residence now owned by Helen Joyce and Colin Davies.
As well as their names, some green “martians” are also part of the mural.
The talents of the street artists can also be seen locally at the Beachport Hotel, at a private residence in Millicent and at the Ringwood Gallery at Beachport.
“We are always open to offers,” Eekarm said.
“As well as the graffiti, we can do abstracts, portraits and landscapes as murals.”
Ms Joyce said she and her partner commissioned the mural and accommodated the visiting artists.
“We like to have public art in Millicent,” she said.
Back in 2018, they met a significant share of the costs for the Water Goddess mural.
It was designed and painted over a 10-day period by Australian artist Mimby Jones Robinson for their art deco era ex-bank.
