The Limestone Coast is well represented in the AFL with plenty of home-grown players starring on the national stage.
The SE Voice’s sports journo Will Boston takes a look at how our locals fared in Round 18.
Jeremy Cameron
Jeremy Cameron had a solid game on Friday night against the Pies, registering nine disposals, four marks, four tackles and three goals in the win.
Cameron’s goal kicking was not the best as he had seven shots at goal, but he continued to be involved in the forward line, having seven score involvements.
Jezza was a major target in the forward line, having all of his marks inside 50 with two of them being on the lead.
This week Cameron and the Cats are back in Geelong as they host the Doggies on Saturday night.
Brad Close

This week the Roos have a tough game as they play the Blues on Sunday afternoon.
Jordan Dawson
Jordan Dawson had a pretty good game on Saturday night against the Saints, notching up 26 disposals, nine tackles and five clearances in the win.
The captain did well at moving the footy as he had a season high five rebound 50s as well as having two score launches and two score involvements.
Dawson’s disposal efficiency was not the best in the wet weather which is understandable, sitting at 57.7%.
Tomorrow night the Crows have a big game as they take on the Bombers at Marvel.
Darcy Fogarty
Darcy Fogarty did not have his best game against the Saints on Saturday night, recording nine disposals, three marks and a goal.
This has been the first game since round 7 where Fogarty has kicked less than two goals.

Neale had 34 disposals, a season high nine tackles as well as a season high 13 clearances and also kicked two goals.
The Kid from Kyby was once again great at setting up scores for the team as he had 10 score involvements as well as three score launches.
As Neale continues to finish the season strong and sets himself up to be another front-runner for the Brownlow he will need to keep his form up as the Lions take on the ladder leading Swans at the Gabba in a must-win game for the Lions to keep their spot in the top four.
