Millicent resident Mercia Lowe has recently joined the management team of the largest single-site workforce in the township.
She has been recruited to the new part-time position of Human Resources Manager for Boneham Aged Care Services.
Chief executive Michael Filsell said Ms Lowe will take over responsibility for recruitment, induction and training of all 145 staff as well as improving its staff support practices.
“She is a Millicent local with many years of HR experience and we are thrilled to have her skills on board with Boneham,” he said.
