Premier vineyards in the Limestone Coast are being offered for sale by Casella Family Wines.
It is seeking a strategic partner to own and operate a selection of 35 of its vineyard holdings measuring 5650 hectares.
The portfolio includes vineyards in the Barossa Valley, Clare Valley, Langhorne and Currency Creek and the Riverina.
It is said the strategic partnership presents a unique opportunity to buy into a very successful and well-established agri-business with a mutually beneficial long-term grape supply agreement.
Casella owns Brand’s Laira at Coonawarra and Peter Lehmann Wines.
The vineyard portfolio is offered for sale in one line and offers for parts of the portfolio will not be considered.
Expressions of interest close on June 8.
