A baby recently born at the Mount Gambier Hospital has received some practical gifts through the generosity of Red Cross. Limestone Coast regional services manager David Walshaw said it was a wonderful day when Red Cross gave newborn baby Dollars and mum Mariam some beautifully handmade woollen clothing and cot quilts for the cold winter ahead.
“These items were expertly crafted and donated by Lynne Stupple from Millicent and will also be provided to several other families who have had babies recently,” Mr Walshaw said. “The quality of these items is outstanding and would be worth many hundreds of dollars, thank you Lynne for your amazing generosity.”
