Penola scored another win in round 6 of the 2022 Bendigo Bank Kowree Naracoorte Tatiara Netball Association season against Kybybolite.

The Eagles outscored the Tigers in every quarter in a complete performance thanks to April Possingham scoring 47 goals.

She was strongly supported by Maddy Teakle and Ashley Earl, who were able to help push Penola past Mundulla by just seven goals.

In a tight scoring affair between Keith and Border Districts the result went down to the wire with the hosts coming out on top with a five-goal win.

The Crows Danielle Vankalken shot 39 goals and was assisted by Erika Lamont while Annabel Mould and Emma Hausler were in the Hawks’ best.

Bordertown played host to Naracoorte and the Roosters went down by 18 goals.

The Demons dominated two quarters, but Bordertown also controlled the other half in a back and forth contest.

But it was Naracoorte’s Lucy Henschke with 40 goals that was the difference and was named in the better players alongside Belinda Manser and the Roosters named Isabelle Sneath and Lucy Murch.

Lucindale had a day out over Padthaway at home taking the lead at every break.

The Roos were on fire at the net with Jessica Bittner and Lucy Meyer scoring 25 and 23 respectively.

Hayley Smart and Holly Ogilive were the best for the Roos, Casy McElroy and Ebony McCauley were the better players in the Lions’ loss.
