Furner beef cattle stud Woonallee Simmentals again achieved a 100% clearance rate at the recent annual Northern Bull Sale at Tamworth in New South Wales.

It was the fourth year running the Baker family had trucked cattle over the border with 50 on offer and an average of $9843 achieved.

Their best return was $26,000 for Lot 11 Woonallee Rendezvous T687.

It is staying in NSW as it was purchased by Heart & Spade Simmentals in partnership with CMA Simmentals.

The new owners have written of their pleasure with their purchase.

“Well, we have given him a couple of days to settle in,” they said on social media.

“We are so happy to have the opportunity to purchase this bull as he has everything we were looking for.”
