Shooters scope tough targets

Perfect weather conditions greeted the competitors that nominated for the October 75 target Sporting clays shoot sponsored by Hodge Denture Clinic and Mount Gambier Skin Cancer Clinic.

Ken Atkin and his hard working crew set some tough targets for the event which also doubled as the first leg of the Mount Gambier Gun Club/Burrungule Challenge, which is led by SEFGA with 605 targets to 562 of the MGGC (Top 10 of each).

Jamie Dunn 66/75 took out the Dunn’s School of Shooting High Gun.

The club’s next event will be on November 24 with a Target Sage/Martiensen Memorial Team Shoot, followed by the SEFGA AGM.
