Last week 38 players registered to play in the Millicent Bowls Club’s 2-4-2 game.
The winning team, taking home the prize pool of $38 each, was Iain Campbell and David Botting with a score of 37+28, only losing three of the 20 ends.
Runners-up for the day was the team of Rod Gibbs and Denis Clifford, each winning the $5 bar voucher with a score of 33+12.
Other winning teams were Joy Warren and Brian Roper 32+17, Arthur O’Connell and John Scudds 31+5, Terry Barnes and Ian Ross 31+1, Alan Correll and Brian Goode 30+8, a triple of Frank Cooper, Andre Reinders and Aaron Emonson 30+6, Mary Campbell and Peter Varcoe 30+2 and John Silis and Malcolm Wright 30+1.
