Toilet block act leads to arrest

Aman has been arrested and charged with indecent behaviour following an incident in Tarpeena last week. 

Just before 5.10pm on Wednesday, October 9, police were called to Edward Street at Tarpeena after reports a man was acting suspiciously in a nearby toilet block. 

Patrols attended the scene however the man was not located. 

Following investigations, about 9.50pm on the same day, a 49-year-old Mount Gambier man was arrested and charged with indecent behaviour. 

He was bailed to appear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court on Tuesday, December 3.
