Naracoorte resident Liz Travers will continue to chair the Wattle Range Council Assessment Panel through to June 30, 2022 or until such time as a Regional Assessment Panel is established.

Her four fellow panel members were also re-appointed at the November monthly meeting of Wattle Range Council.

They are independents Michael Talanskas, Meg Redman and Mark Teakle along with Councillor Peter Dunnicliff.

Council had invited applications from the public for the paid roles.

There were two unsuccessful candidates with one being the presiding member of a panel of a large council in suburban Adelaide.
