The man accused of murdering Mount Gambier grandmother Rachel Martin will stand trial in the Supreme Court in August.
Luke Raymond Simpson, 35, was charged with her murder after the 44-year-old’s body was found in a Chestnut Close house in Mount Gambier in July of last year.
Mr Simpson pleaded not guilty in court on Monday.
He has been in detention since his arrest in July.
