Around 40 pages of medical information about vaccinations was included in the November monthly meeting of the Robe District Council.
The action came at the request of Robe resident Jacqui Bateman.
In her letter to council, Ms Bateman said the risks of vaccinations should be brought to the attention of the wider community.
Her correspondence was tabled but no further action was taken by the council.
