Graffiti was spray-painted in the male public toilets on Arthur Street, Penola just before Christmas.

Wattle Range Council maintenance staff and contract cleaners have since been working to remove it, but it is proving to be a difficult task.

The vandalism attack is believed to have occurred sometime between lunchtime on December 22 and 8am the following morning.
