With two batters up and two batters out, assistant coach Manning was eager to get her girls on base and she did just that with a hammer bat to centrefield.

Coach Kez faced the plate next and wanted to lead by example by being patient in the box, not her strong point, she saw five pitches and earnt herself a walk.

Warriors added another three.

Fill in Chrystal Lock started Demons off in the second and was walked to first after showing discipline at the plate.

Abbey Meinck wanted redemption after not getting on base at her first bat.

She made up for it with her first home run of the season, getting Lock and herself home.

Little earnt herself a single with a safe hit to second.

Cody Manning was determined to put on a show after witnessing the brilliance of Meinck and did just that with her first home run of the season getting Little and herself home.

Feast was in the hot seat with her teammates showing her what good batting looks like and with batting fever in the air she earnt herself a triple.

Demons left the bases with six runs on the board.

Warriors were ready and willing to put on the same show as Demons on the bat and did just that.

They earnt themselves three walks, while Disselbach put one to left and sped to get the double, earning herself two RBIs.

Wombwell liked it at centrefield and put it there again, also earning herself two RBIs.

Polderman sealed the deal with a triple, which she does with ease and Warriors fought back putting a solid nine runs on the board.

Demons with the last bat needed eight to take the win.

With another safe hit from Manning and Chant and two walks Demons put another four on the board but it was not enough to take the win.
