AP-plater was caught drink driving at Naracoorte on Friday night.

Police stopped a vehicle in Robertson Street, Naracoorte for a mobile driver test at 11.45pm.

The driver, a 20-year-old Hindmarsh Valley man, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.200.

Police checks revealed the man only held a provisional licence. He was issued with a 12-month immediate loss of licence and reported for drink driving and breaching the conditions of his provisional licence.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.

His vehicle was impounded for 28 days.
