Young leaders emerge

Grant High School, Mount Gambier High School, Tenison Woods College and St Martins Lutheran College have appointed their school captains who will lead their school to success next year.

Stepping into the role of school captains for Grant High School are current vice captains Zoey Norman and Milla Prowse.

Both students are eager to build on their experience and are committed to championing student voice and agency within the school community.

Joining the leadership team as the newly elected vice captains are Akifah Chaus and Riley Ferguson who look forward to fostering meaningful connections and strengthening ties across the student body.

The Mount Gambier High School 2025 school captains are Callum McIntyre-Gregory and Anna Anbu and the vice captains are Alisha Cram and Caitlin Hitchon.

Mount Gambier High School public relations officer Amanda Lengyel said the school would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Georgia, Hayden, Seth, Troy, and Peta for their incredible efforts throughout the application process.

“Your hard work, presentations, and interviews showcased the high calibre of student leadership at our school,” Ms Lengyel said.

Recently, Tenison Woods College 2024 school captains Bree Robinson and Teangi Stephens handed over the reins as they announced the school captains for 2025.

The college community voted and it was revealed that Andi Corfield and Sam Crispino will take over from the fantastic leadership the past school captains have shown this year.

TWC said they wish the 2025 school captains all the best as they settle into their new roles, and look forward to seeing them represent
the college.

The St Martins Lutheran College school captains for 2025 are Lillian Gillings and Christopher Mossford-McGregor and the vice captains are Henry Martin and Skye Morrison.

The college said they cannot wait to see each of them thrive and make a positive impact in the year ahead.
