Youth inspired to keep chasing their dreams

The seventh annual Wattle Range Council Youth Recognition Awards presentation was held on Friday in the Millicent Gallery.

Council’s manager of community development Caroline Hill was full of praise for the awards.

“The awards process would not be possible without the continued support from our generous local sponsors,” she said.

“The awards make such a difference to these young people’s lives and to be recognised by their peers, teachers and colleagues is very satisfying and encourages them to keep pursuing their dreams.”

Ms Hill said council was excited to announce the winners of the 2022 Youth Recognition Awards, which coincided with Youth Week.
