The Federal Government has announced that it will deliver new facilities for St Martins Lutheran College in Mount Gambier.


Senator Don Farrell on Tuesday confirmed $1m funding from the Federal Government’s Capital Grants Program for construction of a new senior school building.


“This funding will support St Martins Lutheran College to deliver new and upgraded facilities, including new general and flexible learning areas, learning enrichment and wellbeing spaces, and admin areas,” he said.


“Students and staff will benefit from these upgrades, through access to modern facilities to further strengthen learning environments and educational opportunities for students in Mount Gambier.


“I congratulate St Martins Lutheran College on their successful grant application and look forward to seeing the positive impact these new facilities will have on the school community.”
