Amicro-brewery is one of four applications from Mount Gambier which are currently before the Liquor and Licensing Commission.

The facility will be located in the former Mac’s Auction Rooms premises on Commercial Street West.

Mount Gambier Brewery Pty Ltd is seeking a licence for liquor production and sales and to allow consumption on the premises each day.

The maximum number of patrons permitted on the premises will be 90.

Meanwhile, the new owner Karen Bracken of the former Shadows Nightclub on Penola Road has applied for the on-premises liquor licence to be transferred to her.

Similar licence applications in the Blue Lake city have been lodged for the Presidential Motel and Thyme on the Lakes.

Elsewhere, new managers ae seeking the liquor and poker machine licences for the Frances Hotel/Motel.
