Cross-border community 
exempt from mandatory
COVID-19 vaccination

Cross Border community members who usually reside in the Victorian Cross Border Corridor will not be required to have a COVID-19 vaccination by September 24.

On Monday SAPOL announced a direction which required cross border community members to present evidence of at least one COVID-19 vaccination to enter South Australia had been axed.

Individuals who usually reside in the 70km Victorian/South Australia cross border corridor will no longer be required to have a COVID-19 vaccination

All other essential travellers will be required to have at least one TGA approved vaccination by September 24.
