Rural doctors from across the region recently came together for a supervisors’ workshop in Mount Gambier.
Delivered by the Flinders University Limestone Coast Regional Training Hub, the evening session was attended by 12 doctors who are involved in the supervision of medical students and junior doctors.
The workshop covered topics such as Improving performance, feedback, challenging situations and effective learning environments.
