Emergency services go bush

The emergency services were summoned to the Tantanoola Caves Conservation Park at 11.30am on Saturday after a woman had a fall on one of the trails.

She was conveyed by the SA Ambulance Service to hospital for attention.

Owing to the difficulty in access, special lifting equipment was brought to the site.

“It is not yet known how the fall occurred; however, the matter will be investigated further,” said a spokesman for the Department for Environment and Water which manages the site.
