Hatherleigh rollover

Awoman aged in his 60s sustained minor injuries after she rolled her late model SUV at Hatherleigh on Saturday.

The accident occurred at around 3.20pm at the intersection of the Princes Highway, Mission Station Road and the Hatherleigh/Rendelsham Road.

The woman was the sole occupant of the vehicle and was trapped in it for a short period of time.

She was taken by the SA Ambulance Service to Mt Gambier Hospital for an examination as a precautionary measure.

The accident scene was also attended by police and the Millicent and Argyle CFS units.

Meanwhile, police are investigating a single vehicle crash at Mount McIntyre last Thursday.

About 11.55am on August 31 police were called to Overland Track after a Ford SUV crashed into a tree.

The driver and sole occupant, a 50-year-old local woman, sustained non life-threatening injuries in the crash and was conveyed to the Mount Gambier Hospital for treatment.

Overland Track was closed between Mount Burr Road and Mile Hill Road for a few hours but was reopened just after 1.30pm.
