Foundation chairman and Mount Gambier business identity Grant King will continue at the helm of the board of the Limestone Coast Local Health Network for at least a further 12 months.
Health Minister Chris Picton has reappointed Mr King to the board until June 30, 2024.
His deputy chairperson Lindy Cook, of Bordertown, has been allocated a three-year term along with newcomers Lisa Bishop and Glenn Rappensberg.
Serving LCLHN member John Irving has been granted a two-year extension by Minister Picton.
The other continuing LCLHN board members are Glenn Brown, Dr Andrew Saies and Andrew Birtwistle-Smith.
Earlier this year, the LCLHN and its nine kindred bodies across South Australia looked to create a pool of candidates to fill board vacancies as they occurred.
In the case of the LCLHN and other regional boards, the annual allowance for the presiding member is $46,435 while board members are paid $30,957 per annum.
Higher sums apply to the metropolitan boards.
The recruitment process required expressions of interest to be lodged.
