Fire has caused an estimated $250,000 damage to a home 30km northwest of Mount Gambier.
Fire crews were called to a structure fire on Kangaroo Flat Road, Koorine, just after 1pm on Friday.
Upon arrival, CFS crews found a house fully engulfed in flames.
Five CFS trucks, one bulk water carrier and a farm fire unit worked to bring the fire under control.
A CFS spokesperson said the collaborative effort from crews contained the fire, minimising the damage in areas of the house.
The spokesperson said the cause was not known, with fire investigators to attend the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
