MGNA ladder positions up for grabs

ZODIACS VS VICIS

Zodiacs and Vicis will go head-to-head in one of the A Grade games taking place this Saturday in round 17 of the 2022 Mount Gambier Netball Association season at Olympic Park.

The match will be a close one for sure, as Zodiacs sit in fourth position on the ladder and Vicis still sit fifth.

Vicis had a bye last weekend and will be raring to go, while Zodiacs played against the Saints which finished in a tough afternoon with a score of 59-29, Saints’ way.

Zodiacs have improved their offensive and defensive sides this season which will be a tough challenge for Vicis.

They will need to bring everything they can onto the netball court if they can score themselves an epic win or a close loss.

This game will be a particularly interesting one to watch, as the last times these teams have played each other have either been a massive win or just scraping by for the Zodiacs side.

These results show how much the Zodiacs goalies have been an important part of the games and the match up will be one to watch.

SAINTS VS HOBITZ

Over on court two,an intense and fierce contest will take place between Saints and Hobitz.

The two teams have been fighting for second place on the ladder and this game will decide if Saints will stay in the position or Hobitz will take the position from them.

The only way Hobitz will be able to get back to the position is if they come away with a massive win, which will be a hard one for them as Saints have improved in defence this season, especially under the ring.

The first time these two teams played Hobitz won, while they repeated the result in the second clash albeit by only four goals.

However, the latest clash went the Saints way.

Will Hobitz score another win or will Saints make it even and score themselves two wins like their opponents in this big clash? Stay tuned.
